Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products that have been used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Exchanges are shipped out within 2-3 business days after the returned item is received.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
